I have made a female birthday tent fold card. The image can be purchased here. I made the heart by cutting down a heart doily, I then placed it under little slits in her hands so it looks like she is holding the lacy heart. I like the effect.

I have made a male birthday card. I have made this card for my soon to be 16 year old Nephew. Happy 16th Birthday Oscar. Gosh, I don't know where time goes. He leaves school at the end of the month!! Oscar loves Jimi Hendrix so this is as close to what I could get to the legendary Jimi. I love the skin tones on this card. I also love the hands at the bottom at the card.
